Sales Representative / Account Manager
We are seeking individuals with a proven track record for Sales Representative / Account Manager position. Candidate must be a motivated communicator capable of using our state-of-the-art-tools to meet revenue and profit goals. Product focus areas include:

Service Agreements: Reactive and proactive response to customer's computer systems issues. We provide industry leading service level agreements to deliver our brand of best practices, enhanced services and outstanding customer service to our clients.
Projects: Network integration design and build-out including IT systems tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Projects often include all components of custom network design (Cable infrastructure, Server and Desktop hardware and software, Firewall and UPS) as well as connectivity integration, telephony solutions, corporate relocation coordination and full time IT staff placement.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for prospecting new corporate accounts, building and maintaining relationships with prospects and industry professionals and closing sales. With current clients, you will be expected to develop and maintain relationships that lead to follow-up sales.
You will be expected to:

  • Follow proven sales plan to success.

  • Develop and close sales opportunities.

  • Conduct business solution discovery sessions during the sales process.

  • Present at trade shows and partner user group meetings.

  • Identify prospect's business inefficiencies and map solutions to deliver ROI to prospects.

  • Document all sales activities in the company contact management software.

  • Conduct other activities that will help you meet your short term and long term revenue goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates should have a minimum 2-3 years of proven technology or related industry sales experience, excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, and time management skills. Understanding of computers and networking is a plus.

  • Candidate must be willing to work long hours in the pursuit of developing business and building your sales along with increasing your personal income level. You must be self-motivated and hard-driving with strong organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills and have the ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative.

  • You must be able to build and maintain relationships by effectively networking and building rapport and trust with potential customers.

  • Strong problem solving skills a must.

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ACT.

  • High level of integrity.

  • A valid driver's license, knowledge of area and reliable transportation are required.

Service Technicians - Desktop Support
We seek individuals to provide onsite technology support for Technology on Premises clients. You will be responsible for providing quick and dependable answers to workplace technology questions. Qualified candidates should be experienced in providing desktop support for business applications, customized software, and standard hardware systems.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise and assistance for hardware or software problems. You will communicate with both end users at the client site and other TOP Help Desk team members and technical staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on end-user desktop support experience.

  • Must be familiar with Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP and possess a good understanding of how computers operate.

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

  • A valid driver's license, knowledge of area and reliable transportation are required.

Systems Engineers - Network and Server Support
We seek to install and troubleshoot servers, LAN and WAN equipment. You would be responsible for assuring the satisfaction of our clients while troubleshooting problems at their site.

Responsibilities:
Individuals must install, administer and support server and network operations at various client sites and projects. Platforms include Windows NT/2000 Server and Workstation, Exchange Server, SQL Server and IIS. Technologies include servers, routers, firewall, and other LAN/WAN equipment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • This position requires a minimum of 3 years systems fieldwork troubleshooting, analysis and support.

  • Experience with LAN/WAN environments including routers, switches, hardware and enterprise backups is required. Hands-on experience with Windows NT/2000 Server/Workstation/Professional is strongly encouraged.

  • Individuals must be well versed in technical support issues and experienced in dealing with end-users.

  • A valid driver's license, knowledge of area and reliable transportation are required.
